There are many ways in which you can get involved and support our fund-raising world-record bid; first and foremost, you can, of course, donate money! (Come back to us for details of our Just Giving site once we set it up).

How can you help?
In May 2011, the Bristol-based South Gloucestershire Hockey Club set a world record for the longest hockey match in history, raising more than £5,200 for charity.
The club held the record for very nearly a year. And now they want it back! The date is set, the pitch is booked, and a small committee has been formed to organise what may be the biggest, and longest, match ever played.
Once again, a very worthy cause is set to benefit from SGHC’s attempt to prove that history can repeat itself
This website is no longer being regularly maintained, and will remain live only until the current hosting package expires in May 2015, before the world record attempt.
